Entry-level automotive management trainee assisting with new and used vehicle operations, inventory, pricing, merchandising, sales process optimization, customer satisfaction, BDC lead generation, finance and insurance processes, deal structuring, lending compliance, and team leadership. The 6–18 month program is designed to prepare the trainee for a full-time dealership management position.

Supports new and used vehicle operations, inventory, pricing, merchandising, customer satisfaction, BDC performance, lead generation, finance processes, deal structuring, and lending compliance. Works with department and general managers while completing a 6–18 month development program designed to prepare the trainee for a full-time automotive management role.

Develop sales leadership skills while performing on the automotive sales floor. Responsibilities include exceeding sales goals, managing customer relationships, owning pipeline metrics, mentoring newer representatives, improving processes, and working alongside dealership managers. The program offers a defined path to management through internal promotion, Nissan and leadership training, and performance milestones. Proven sales performance, ambition, coachability, customer focus, and self-motivation are required; automotive sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
