Manages budgeting, forecasting, cash flow reporting, consolidated financial statements, capital expenditure analysis, and financial modeling. The role also analyzes basic sales data and customer feedback, supports online storefront improvements, and collaborates with marketing, customer support, and other teams to improve the shopping experience.

Supports accounts receivable and accounting activities, including reconciling store sales reports, customer statements, credit card payments, and invoices. Handles payment discrepancies, credit card disputes, collections reminders, customer inquiries, and month-end closing tasks. Assists with automation and process improvement initiatives while maintaining accurate records and timely communication with internal departments and customers.

Leads a distribution center team of at least 70 employees and manages inventory, receiving, storage, replenishment, order fulfillment, logistics, safety, quality, budgeting, and continuous improvement. Coordinates with suppliers, carriers, procurement, sales, customer service, and transportation teams to ensure accurate and cost-effective product distribution. Establishes procedures, monitors KPIs, develops employees, maintains compliance, and implements operational efficiencies.
