Leads end-to-end design and development of plus-size menswear, including seasonal concepts, fit and pattern coordination, range planning, consumer insights, and cross-functional execution. The role owns product performance, commercial viability, fit consistency, collection timelines, and SKU productivity while collaborating with merchandising, production, and marketing teams.

Supports retail expansion projects by maintaining site acquisition, lease, and store-opening trackers; preparing MIS reports and dashboards; coordinating cross-functional approvals; organizing project documentation; tracking timelines and follow-ups; scheduling meetings; recording minutes; and assisting with management reporting to support timely store launches.

Owns analytics-backed execution across marketplaces and offline retail, covering revenue, inventory, logistics, audits, and operational performance. Partners with channel managers, category owners, finance, audit, logistics, warehousing, and supply chain teams. Identifies automation and cost-optimization opportunities, supports new initiatives, and drives projects from analysis through measurable execution. Requires strong marketplace and retail operations knowledge, advanced spreadsheet skills, SQL, and hands-on follow-through.

Manage end-to-end B2B order processing for retail clients, including picklist creation, picking coordination, packing, quality control, documentation, dispatch tracking, and shipment reporting. Coordinate with brands, partners, transport, finance, and warehouse teams to meet SLAs. Resolve delays, maintain accurate order records, and ensure compliance with warehouse and dispatch procedures.
