Provides organization-wide financial leadership for budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, reporting, accounting practices, expense management, and financial analysis. Oversees month-end close, variance reporting, pro formas, compliance support, workflow validation, and finance initiatives. Leads staff development, hiring, performance management, cross-functional projects, and process improvement across the healthcare organization.

Provides accurate financial reporting and analysis for assigned entities, maintains general ledgers, investigates financial issues, supports leadership decisions, and recommends process and internal-control improvements. Responsibilities include calendar and inbox management, meeting materials, reports, billing, timekeeping, policy maintenance, supply ordering, travel and room reservations, simulation lab scheduling, roster management, and event logistics. The role also handles routine communications and telephone inquiries while supporting clinicians’ training programs.

Sources and recruits physicians and advanced practice providers through networking, social media, job boards, professional organizations, and targeted outreach. Builds relationships with healthcare leaders, legal teams, department chairs, and community stakeholders. Coordinates screenings, interviews, candidate presentations, site visits, and recruitment records. Supports advertising, reporting, projects, and provider coverage needs while traveling to conferences, career fairs, and recruitment meetings.
