The role requires cross-functional collaboration, project execution, communication, resilience, and adaptability to event-related travel.

Design combat systems, enemy and boss behaviors, attack patterns, battle balance, and difficulty for AAA action games. Conduct playtesting, analyze feedback, adjust combat values and enemy placement, and create clear combat specifications and design documentation for cross-functional teams. Knowledge of enemy AI, programming, and animation is valuable.

Manage end-to-end product marketing projects for mobile and PC game titles, including launches, updates, live-service campaigns, and seasonal events. Coordinate marketing, creative, community, PR, and agency stakeholders; maintain project plans and timelines; track risks and dependencies; manage approvals and assets; ensure brand alignment; and lead post-campaign reviews.

Supports animators by improving in-game character animation quality through Unreal Engine technologies such as Control Rig, Animation Blueprint, Motion Matching, and Ragdoll. Evaluates facial animation solutions for AAA cutscenes and provides technical support for motion-capture challenges. Requires experience with retargeting, motion asset implementation, animation systems, version control, and motion-capture systems. Maya rigging and skinning, Motion Matching, RBF, and ML Deformer experience are preferred.

Leads gameplay and systems design strategy across shooter, casual competitive, and RPG projects. Defines gameplay experiences, combat, controls, progression, missions, exploration, and engagement loops; benchmarks global games; evaluates prototypes and live projects; solves design challenges involving GaaS, innovation, and economy balance; and provides strategic consultation and industry thought leadership.

Research and develop omni-modal multimodal large models, including training data, foundational algorithms, pre-training, supervised fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, evaluation, and downstream applications. Analyze performance bottlenecks, develop first-principles solutions, explore next-generation architectures, and advance multimodal understanding and generation. The role also involves optimizing deep learning operators, model training and inference, CPU/GPU acceleration, and distributed systems.

Conduct cutting-edge NLP and machine learning research, develop benchmarks and baselines using public datasets, train large language models on practical tasks, and publish findings at leading conferences and journals. The role requires advanced academic training, research publications, and hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face, Transformers, and LLM techniques such as fine-tuning, self-learning, efficiency, agents, and reasoning.

Analyze large-scale gaming datasets using statistics, machine learning, forecasting, recommender systems, generative AI, experimentation, causal inference, and econometrics. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to build data-driven solutions, deliver stakeholder insights, and support innovative gaming applications. Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and cross-team collaboration.
