1、负责PUBGMOBILE全球赛事俱乐部规范化管理工作，包括多选手事务管理、俱乐部行为合规管理、俱乐部事务协调、促进全球范围内俱乐部稳定健康发展；
2、负责PUBGMOBILE全球赛事联盟管理规则制定，包括赛区转会规则、选手招募规则等，以及单个赛事的规则制定和执行及判罚工作；
3、负责策划联盟管理模式，鼓励并吸引玩家对职业赛的参与，提升职业战队的青训力。
1、本科及以上学历，3-5年电竞/游戏行业工作经验，有国内/海外大型赛事联盟管理相关经验；
2、具备联盟规则和合同的撰写能力，以及较强的项目管理能力及沟通能力;
3、良好的跨团队协作能力，具备较好的沟通协作能力，项目推动力和管理能力，抗压能力强，工作积极主动，有责任心，结果导向；能适应赛事出差节奏；
4、英语口语及书面表达优异者优先

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 3-5 years of experience in the esports or gaming industry
- Experience managing large domestic or international esports tournament leagues
- Ability to draft league rules and contracts
- Strong project management skills
- Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills
- Strong project execution, management, initiative, responsibility, and resilience
- Ability to adapt to event-related travel
- Excellent spoken and written English
