Develop intuitive UX/UI specifications, create detailed documentation, collaborate with programmers, artists, and QA, and design playtests to improve gameplay based on results. The role requires game-system design experience, numerical balancing skills, cross-functional communication, game development fundamentals, and preferably Unreal Engine and data analytics experience.

Develop and execute marketing strategies for new game launches across Southeast Asia, including content marketing, creative campaigns, user targeting, market analysis, and product positioning. Responsibilities include defining final rig specifications, managing vendor quality, and developing and maintaining Maya rigging tools. Optional work includes resolving motion-capture-to-Maya-to-Unreal Engine pipeline issues, developing Unreal Engine plugins, and building LiveLink workflows.
