2. 能够有效分析产品内核与玩法内核，筛选并明确目标用户、分析用户诉求、提炼核心卖点，并结合市场环境、产品阶段输出市场营销方案；
3. 为各类事件、营销内容制定和规划执行效果目标，与核心业务指标关联，对产品的内容声量、传播效率、用户转化效率负责；
4. 基于传播视角，与产品、社区、创意等团队配合，设计传播方案，推进游戏内外资源整合，落地执行。
1. 3年以上游戏营销或市场行业工作经验， 有手游产品全周期发行经验，有东南亚港澳台市场营销经验者优先；
2. 对游戏行业熟悉且充满热情，有深度游戏产品体验经历；
3. 市场触觉敏锐，喜欢创意，能够快速抓住游戏用户偏好，对游戏内容生态有较深理解 ；
4. 具备良好的沟通协调能力和执行落地能力，善于多线程、跨团队的沟通协作；
5. 可用英文作为主要工作语言。

Skills Required
- At least 3 years of experience in gaming marketing or the marketing industry
- Experience publishing mobile products throughout their full lifecycle
- Deep familiarity with and passion for the gaming industry
- Extensive experience with and understanding of game products and gameplay
- Strong market awareness, creativity, and understanding of gaming user preferences and content ecosystems
- Strong communication, coordination, execution, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to use English as the primary working language
- Marketing experience in Southeast Asian, Hong Kong, Macao, or Taiwan markets
