Partners with business leaders on recruiting, workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, succession planning, retention, change management, and engagement. Uses HR metrics and people analytics to guide decisions, ensures employment-law compliance, supports policy development, and collaborates with HRIS, Total Rewards, and Recruiting teams.

Evaluates metrics and risks, supports commissioning and go-no-go reviews, interfaces with contractors, engineering, and operations, and mentors junior engineers.

Manages complex fabrication and assembly contracts for LNG projects, including drafting, negotiation, administration, change orders, claims, amendments, acceptance, closeout, and contractor relationships. Leads contract administration teams, advises project teams on contractual risks, maintains documentation and lifecycle records, coordinates with legal, procurement, engineering, and project controls, and visits fabrication sites during project execution.

Staff Electrical Engineer responsible for maintaining safe, reliable plant electrical systems at an LNG facility. Duties include supporting electrical procedures, metrics, drawings, databases, MOC and RCFA processes; troubleshooting facility issues; reviewing protective devices, switchgear, generators, motors, and energy management systems; participating in commissioning, PSSR, system walkdowns, and construction assessments.

Leads quality assurance, quality control, mechanical integrity, and outage assurance programs across LNG operations, projects, vendors, and suppliers. Develops QA/QC frameworks, procedures, execution plans, and operational improvement initiatives; manages third-party support; conducts audits; and ensures compliance with specifications, codes, standards, and regulations. The role supports the full project lifecycle from FEED and procurement through construction, commissioning, start-up, and operations transition, with frequent travel required.

Maintains Workday HR data accuracy, integrity, and governance through recurring audits, reconciliations, validation, reporting, and analysis. Investigates data discrepancies, coordinates remediation with HRIS and HR stakeholders, monitors data quality, and supports Workday configuration, integration, business process, release, and regression testing. Develops reports and dashboards, documents controls and procedures, and identifies opportunities to improve or automate HR data processes.

Leads brownfield capital projects through front-end engineering, stage-gate approvals, execution, and handover for an LNG plant. Coordinates stakeholders, contractors, vendors, schedules, budgets, technical assurance, quality, HSSE, management-of-change activities, and project risks. Requires plant operations, turnaround, brownfield, engineering, EPC/EPCM, and capital project experience, with travel up to 65%.
