Supports commercial planning through detailed forecasting, variance reconciliation, financial and operational reporting, and analysis of business performance. Partners with commercial, scheduling, and accounting teams to forecast agreements, resolve billing issues, and prepare management presentations. Provides ad hoc investment analysis, acquisition support, and strategic analysis across pipeline, terminal, and marketing businesses.

Develop and execute enterprise stakeholder engagement strategies, governance processes, relationship plans, and community outreach initiatives. Build relationships with community leaders, officials, organizations, NGOs, and educational institutions; prepare briefings and reports; support communications, reputation management, community investment, and incident response. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, public affairs expertise, strong communication skills, approximately 25% travel, and occasional extended or off-hours work.

Owns stakeholder coordination, end-user management, data management, and configuration change management for the Maximo EAM platform. Captures and prioritizes system enhancements, defines roadmaps, oversees projects and integrations, coordinates testing, supports users, gathers requirements, and develops adoption materials. The role requires knowledge of field operations, maintenance, safety practices, Maximo administration, system configuration, and regulatory requirements.

Supports risk-based internal audits and SOX compliance through process documentation, control testing, data analysis, evidence evaluation, and workpaper preparation. Uses AI, analytics, and automation tools responsibly while validating outputs and identifying control gaps, risks, and process improvements. Communicates findings to stakeholders, participates in agile audit practices, and collaborates across business functions.

Engineering interns will support multidisciplinary teams with data gathering, analysis, technical reporting, infrastructure and operations projects, engineering solution development, regulatory compliance, process improvement, and project presentations. Interns will gain hands-on experience across engineering disciplines in the oil and gas midstream sector while working with engineering professionals and participating in meetings and professional development activities.

Supports facility integrity management, regulatory compliance, risk analysis, inspections, and repair planning for pipeline, piping, tank, and vessel assets. Executes HCA, fitness-for-service, fatigue, and EFRD analyses; reviews NDE/NDT results; develops repair recommendations; supports integrity projects, audits, construction reviews, and regulatory interactions. The role also tracks performance metrics, identifies operational risks, and coordinates improvement initiatives across U.S. and Canadian assets.

Supports attorneys with drafting and reviewing legal documents, factual research, litigation and transaction project management, legal file administration, compliance support, reporting, presentations, budgeting, and legal fee processing. Requires strong organization, communication, judgment, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive matters independently.

Sources and develops business opportunities for pipeline and terminal assets, including capital projects, asset optimization, M&A, and related initiatives. Builds customer and industry relationships, supports commercial negotiations, prepares business plans and presentations, researches market trends, reviews pipeline data, and creates financial models and project maps. Collaborates with finance, supply and trading, and operations teams to evaluate opportunities and improve business processes.

Manages pipeline operational accounting, shipper volume allocations, invoicing, revenue reconciliation, accounts receivable, financial reporting, FERC reporting support, and technical accounting projects. The role coordinates with shippers, schedulers, operators, producers, customers, and internal departments to resolve volume and revenue issues, complete business close activities, and meet reporting deadlines.
