Collaborates with product, engineering, and warehouse operations teams in Agile/Scrum environments while applying cloud, containerization, monitoring, testing, and emerging workflow orchestration technologies.

Partners with business leaders on workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, compensation, talent development, organizational change, and employment-law compliance. Coaches managers and employees, investigates complex employee relations matters, analyzes people metrics, develops HR policies, and delivers reports, presentations, and training. Uses data, automation, and AI-enabled insights to improve HR outcomes while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, onsite environment.

Own paid media campaigns across Google Search, Shopping, PMAX, Meta, Amazon, and other channels. Manage setup, optimization, budgets, spend pacing, testing, targeting, bidding, and creative performance. Analyze ROAS, CPA, CVR, revenue, and large datasets to make real-time decisions, especially around product launches, collectibles drops, and live sports events. Collaborate with product, analytics, and creative teams while introducing automation, AI-enabled insights, and scalable performance improvements.

Leads North American procure-to-pay operations, including accounts payable, invoice processing, payments, vendor support, and month-end close. Oversees a globally distributed team, establishes controls and performance metrics, improves working capital, and drives automation, AI adoption, process transformation, and finance-system implementation. Partners with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Technology, vendors, and senior leadership to scale operations and ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payments.

Leads eCommerce marketing analytics and customer acquisition strategy across paid search, social, display, and affiliate channels. Translates complex data into recommendations for investment, attribution, forecasting, and channel performance. Oversees dashboards, experimentation, statistical analysis, bidding models, and scalable reporting infrastructure while partnering with marketing, data science, engineering, and senior leadership. Manages and mentors analysts and drives end-to-end analytical initiatives that improve profitability, customer experience, and marketing efficiency.

Design daily social media graphics and visual storytelling for Fanatics Authentic across major platforms. Create templates, translate sports and cultural moments into on-brand content, monitor performance and trends, and deliver polished assets under tight deadlines. Manage projects from brief through final concept, collaborate with social and brand teams, experiment with motion and animation, and use AI and digital tools to improve creative workflows. Flexible weekend availability is required for live events and product launches.
