Partners with warehouse leadership on employee relations, performance management, attendance, recruitment, onboarding, safety, and compliance. Leads end-to-end development, sourcing, purchasing, and commercialization of trims, packaging, labels, hardware, and branding materials. Partners with design, marketing, product development, production, quality, and suppliers to meet seasonal milestones, cost, quality, compliance, and sustainability requirements. Staff Accountant responsible for general ledger maintenance, journal entries, account reconciliations, sales tax reporting, fixed assets, bank and credit card reconciliations, and month-end and year-end close support. The role also assists with financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, audits, internal controls, and accounting process improvements while ensuring accurate, compliant, and audit-ready financial records.

Manages international inbound and outbound logistics across retail, e-commerce, and international distribution. Coordinates freight forwarders, vendors, customs brokers, shipments, purchase order fulfillment, documentation, inventory updates, and ERP/WMS records. Supports trade compliance, HTS validation, ACE/AES filings, duty drawback records, chargebacks, and receiving. Identifies fulfillment inefficiencies, implements cost-saving strategies, maintains SOPs, and collaborates with production, operations, customer care, accounting, and logistics partners.
