Description of Duties
Title: Recruiter
Classification: Exempt
Salary: $75,000 -$95,000
Schedule*: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 work from home)
Reports to: VP, Human Resources
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process - intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding handoff
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and role requirements
- Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates
- Deliver responsive and high quality candidate experience
- Maintain up-to-date records in Rippling ATS
- Ensuring hiring practices comply with employment law and company policy
Qualifications and Skills
- 3+ years of recruiting experience
- Track record recruiting across multiple functions, not just hourly/retail roles
- Strong sourcing skills and comfort building pipelines from scratch
- Experience work with an ATS (Rippling, Greenhouse or similar)
- Sharp communication skills and ability to act as trusted advisor to hiring managers

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodation
- Periods sitting at a desk, typing, sketching and working on a computer
- Able to lift/move/push/pull objects up to 25lbs
- Able to walk, sit and stand for extended periods of time
- Able to operate equipment such as computers, copy machines, phones
