Support new product development from design through pilot production as the technical liaison between UK development teams and Vietnam factories. Assess product risks, safety compliance, construction, manufacturing feasibility, and pilot-run processes from cutting through packing. Drive sales and account management for business services supporting companies expanding into Vietnam. Identify target markets, prospect and win new clients, manage relationships, generate inbound leads, coordinate marketing agencies, present service solutions, and contribute creative ideas to business growth. The role requires at least three years of business services sales experience, strong English communication, presentation and project management skills, independence, KPI focus, and proficiency with business productivity tools.

Supports the setup, activation, deactivation, monitoring, and optimization of paid digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft Ads, and other platforms. Ensures accurate creative, promotions, and messaging; implements client briefs; reports campaign metrics; flags issues; and assists with performance reports, presentations, documentation, and client updates across multiple accounts.

Build the agency’s Vietnamese market presence from scratch by identifying target B2B companies, conducting bilingual outreach, leading discovery calls, managing the sales pipeline, and closing new client agreements. The role also provides market intelligence, coordinates Vietnamese clients with the international team, represents the company at local events, and localizes sales materials and messaging.
