Responsibilities include architecture, production coding, AWS infrastructure, DevSecOps, AI-native workflows, external system integrations, reliability, observability, compliance, roadmap execution, and recruiting a high-performing engineering team. The role begins primarily as an individual contributor and evolves into player-coach leadership while delivering patient- and provider-facing applications.

Lead the data science function, owning machine learning strategy, predictive models, healthcare analytics, DBT data marts, and executive dashboards. Analyze claims, eligibility, pharmacy, EMR, HIE, clinical, and operational data to identify high-risk patients, evaluate clinical interventions, and improve patient and provider engagement using AI and LLMs. Collaborate with clinical, operations, and technology teams while leading data science staff in a fast-growing healthcare organization.

Grow Oasis Health Partners’ Louisiana network by recruiting independent primary care physicians and IPAs into Medicare value-based care programs. Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline, lead consultative discussions with physician owners, position practice-support solutions, and support successful onboarding. Develop market-specific growth strategies, maintain provider relationships, represent Oasis at industry events, and provide feedback to improve offerings and messaging. The role requires close collaboration with clinical, operations, provider success, contracting, and marketing teams.
