Owns financial reporting and compliance deliverables, including CAM, board and owner reports, regulatory submissions, medical expense and insurance datasets, debt covenant calculations, and lender packages. Interns must be enrolled in college, have completed at least two years toward a bachelor's degree, work 40 hours weekly for 12 weeks, and apply AI to improve processes.

A full-time, 12-week Business Applications Internship supporting project testing, support queues, business communities, and small organizational initiatives. The intern will develop business cases, coordinate rollout plans with IT and business users, track milestones, evaluate project outcomes, collaborate across departments, participate in training and mentorship, and present project results to senior leadership.

Leads all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee development, engagement, retention, associate relations, investigations, performance management, compensation, benefits, compliance, budgeting, and strategic workforce planning.
