Implements and supports Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, and Talent Management. Configures BPM workflows, translates business requirements into system solutions, conducts workshops and testing, collaborates on custom reports and integrations, troubleshoots functional issues, and maintains implementation documentation. Lead Oracle HCM functional implementations across Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent, and Learning modules. Gather client requirements, configure solutions, conduct testing, document functional specifications, manage security settings and audits, and support secure data migration. The consultant will optimize Oracle HCM environments, ensure compliance, and collaborate remotely with clients and project teams.

Lead Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations and support, specializing in payroll costing and General Ledger integration. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, documentation, client training, and ongoing support. The consultant collaborates with clients to optimize payroll processes and develops complex Fast Formulas for bespoke requirements.

Leads the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, advises clients on HCM modules and reporting, gathers requirements, manages configurations and migrations, resolves system gaps, and oversees complex projects. The role manages client stakeholders, provides strategic Oracle expertise, mentors junior consultants, and drives business value. Experience with Recruitment, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent modules is required, along with at least five years of Oracle HCM experience.

Lead Oracle Cloud BI and OTBI implementations and support across SCM, Order Management, and Finance modules. Develop and optimize BI Publisher reports, data models, dashboards, drill-downs, and deep links using SQL, Excel, RTF, and online templates. Configure security, scheduling, bursting, value sets, and personalization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, test system changes, resolve techno-functional issues, and deliver customized solutions aligned with client requirements.

Lead Oracle Cloud Procurement functional implementations and support across Sourcing, Purchasing, Supplier Management, Inventory, and Accounts Payable. Configure procure-to-pay processes, approval workflows, catalogs, inventory policies, AP controls, and integrations. Gather requirements, conduct testing, resolve business-process issues, support quarterly releases, develop documentation and training, and collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and client stakeholders.
