The role requires excellent written communication, sound judgment, empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-volume conversations independently in a remote environment.

Leads Qwoted’s enterprise adoption across major media organizations by building newsroom relationships, securing executive access, converting individual usage into standardized workflows, and delivering demos and training. Partners with Product, Engineering, and Data to translate newsroom needs into roadmap priorities, including AI matching, analytics, and workflow integrations. Owns media growth KPIs such as newsroom onboarding, active usage, expert requests, feature adoption, retention, and upsell.
