Provides strategic, financial, and administrative support to Finance and Development leaders. Responsibilities include budget tracking, financial analysis, reporting, executive scheduling, meeting and travel coordination, vendor contract negotiation, presentations, calendar management, meeting minutes, action-item follow-up, and leadership of special projects involving data analysis and strategic recommendations.

Manages onsite accounting, billing, accounts receivable, vendor coordination, financial reporting, reconciliations, compliance, and resident financial support for a senior living community. Partners with executive and department leaders, centralized finance teams, and regional finance to resolve issues, analyze budget variances, support forecasting, maintain accurate records, and ensure financial accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Also assists with network access and employee communications while maintaining compliance and providing professional customer service.

Directs marketing, sales, occupancy development, lead generation, advertising, referrals, and events for an independent living community. Manages sales and marketing staff, budgets, CRM data, prospect follow-up, reporting, and performance against occupancy and sales goals. Collaborates with executive leadership and supports a hospitality-focused senior living environment.

Supports finance operations through resident billing, accounts receivable, collections, cash deposits, resident file auditing, census management, and entrance fee refunds. Handles billing inquiries, maintains resident profiles and financial records, assists with month-end activities, generates general ledger reports, supports budgeting, and manages confidential financial information while providing customer service to residents.

Provides technical support and customer service across corporate and community locations. Troubleshoots Windows devices, Microsoft 365, user accounts, networks, peripherals, conference room technologies, and endpoint security tools. Manages service tickets, documents solutions, supports onboarding and user training, escalates issues, identifies security threats, and contributes to IT projects and process improvements. Participates in an on-call and technology support rotation.

Leads sales and marketing efforts for a senior living community, driving occupancy, revenue, lead generation, and conversions. Manages the prospect journey from inquiry through move-in, conducts tours, maintains referral relationships, oversees marketing campaigns and community events, and coaches sales staff. Partners with corporate and community leadership, tracks performance in Salesforce, prepares reports, and ensures regulatory and ethical sales compliance.

Directs marketing and sales for independent living residences, including occupancy development, direct sales, advertising, referrals, events, lead generation, budgeting, and team supervision. Manages prospect follow-up, CRM data entry, sales performance, reporting, and coordination with senior leadership. The role requires at least five years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.

Develops and manages enterprise internal communications supporting HR initiatives, employee engagement, company culture, leadership messaging, and organizational priorities. Responsibilities include writing and editing content, administering the intranet, managing communication calendars, supporting events and town halls, measuring engagement, coordinating stakeholders, and maintaining brand consistency. The role also uses AI tools, collaborates with leaders and vendors, and produces communications across intranet, newsletters, presentations, webinars, social media, and other channels.

Performs accounting data entry and clerical support, including resident and health center billing, deposit preparation, accounts payable invoice review, invoice entry, approval routing, and check generation. Supports the Director of Financial Services with daily department coordination. The role requires computer and accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and a hospitality-focused approach to serving residents, employees, and guests.
