Collaborate with product and creative teams, handle Google policy support tickets, build acquisition processes, and share expertise across the team.

Support marketing analytics for web and mobile products by evaluating campaigns, channels, and creatives. Perform cohort, LTV, unit economics, retention, and segmentation analysis; build dashboards and reports; ensure data quality; and provide actionable recommendations to improve marketing performance and guide scaling decisions.

The role also supports localized funnels, email retargeting, and hypothesis-driven growth initiatives using analytics dashboards and experimentation tools.

Own user acquisition campaigns from launch through optimization, analyze funnels, creatives, audiences, and performance metrics, and manage large advertising budgets. Develop marketing hypotheses, collaborate with marketing and product teams, conduct audience research, and improve subscription app growth through data-driven decisions. Experience with mobile attribution, subscription models, A/B testing, and paid acquisition across Meta and Google is required.
