Supports manufacturing plants across the Midwest and East Coast producing bottles through extrusion blow molding. Provides engineering expertise for plant operations, with extensive travel to manufacturing sites. Candidates should have at least five years of experience in plastic extrusion manufacturing, preferably bottle blow molding, and ideally a mechanical engineering degree. Must reside east of the Mississippi River and be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

Processes customer payments, applies cash, reconciles accounts, manages collections, resolves payment discrepancies, prepares invoices and receivable reports, supports credit reviews, period-end close, audits, internal controls, and AR process improvements.

Build and lead the company’s indirect procurement function in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include developing procurement policies and controls, managing MRO sourcing and inventory, negotiating service contracts and vendor agreements, implementing CMMS and ERP purchasing processes, establishing supplier performance programs, reporting savings and KPIs, and managing an MRO Specialist. The role requires hands-on function building, measurable cost savings, cross-functional collaboration, and independent leadership.

Performs full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice coding, purchase order matching, payment processing, vendor reconciliation, discrepancy resolution, expense report review, and vendor master maintenance. Supports general ledger reconciliation, period-end close, 1099 preparation, audits, records management, and accounts payable process improvements. Provides responsive service to vendors and internal partners while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with internal controls.

Leads full-cycle recruiting and recruiting-focused business development. Responsibilities include developing client relationships, negotiating contracts, sourcing and screening candidates, managing hiring processes, creating job descriptions, maintaining talent pipelines, mentoring recruiters, managing ATS records and metrics, coordinating offers, and supporting onboarding.
