What You’ll Do: As a Senior Recruiter, you will:

• Develop New Client Relationships: Proactively seek out and establish new client relationships, negotiating new contract deals to expand our business footprint.
• Drive Full-Cycle Recruiting: Screen, schedule, interview, and manage the hiring process end-to-end.
• Identify Top Talent: Use your expertise to identify and submit qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Develop Job Descriptions: Collaborate on job requisition and description development.
• Innovative Sourcing: Implement creative sourcing strategies and document methods for team sharing.
• Mentor Team Members: Train the recruitment team on new internet sites, blogs, RSS, and networking platforms.
• Build a Talent Pipeline: Develop a diverse pipeline of candidates through networking, research, and database mining.
• Manage Client Relationships: Maintain transparency and professionalism with hiring managers, providing regular updates and managing the offer negotiation process.
• Optimize ATS: Use Crelate to track and manage candidate information and recruitment metrics.
• Facilitate Smooth Onboarding: Assist with onboarding tasks, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.

What We’re Looking For:

• Recruiting Business Development Experience: Demonstrated success in business development within a recruiting context.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in recruiting, with a preference for those experienced in call center high-volume recruiting and specialty recruiting within Chemicals/Manufacturing/Engineering OR 5 years of experience in manufacturing for Chemicals, Advanced Materials, Plastics, or similar industries.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ATS (Crelate, Bullhorn, Salesforce), and various recruitment strategies including cold calling, texting, emailing, AI outreach, and a blending of all of them together.
• Attributes: Strong customer service orientation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and solve problems in a team-oriented environment.
