Coordinates recruitment and onboarding for healthcare organization employees. Sources and screens candidates, partners with hiring managers, schedules interviews, develops assessment tools, coordinates offers, supports first-day onboarding, maintains recruitment reporting, participates in job fairs, and ensures compliance with employment regulations and HIPAA. Manages IT infrastructure teams and oversees network, server, storage, virtualization, cloud, security, connectivity, data centers, maintenance, and disaster recovery. Leads infrastructure design, monitoring, continuity planning, change control, outage response, compliance, vendor coordination, project delivery, budgeting, documentation, and staff supervision across healthcare facilities.

Supports accounting operations including banking, fixed assets, inventory, leases, payables, purchasing, reconciliations, journal entries, financial close, invoices, grants, and financial reporting. Uses electronic medical practice systems and protects confidential patient information under HIPAA requirements.
