Assists with receiving, unloading, loading, shipping, and inventory management for grain and agronomy products. Supports fertilizer and chemical mixing, plant and blender operations, train loading, grain quality monitoring, scale operations, and maintenance of buildings, equipment, and vehicles. Completes paperwork, maintains housekeeping and safety standards, provides customer service, and supports other locations as needed.

Supports grain merchandisers and specialists by purchasing grain, developing producer relationships, conducting farm sales calls, and educating customers on risk-management tools. Maintains grain contracts, pricing, hedging, basis analysis, customer records, and market research while collaborating with location managers and sales teams. This transitional trainee role develops expertise toward becoming a Grain Specialist.

Installs, configures, maintains, and repairs workstations, software, printers, peripherals, office equipment, communication systems, and cabling. Provides on-site and remote troubleshooting and end-user support for hardware, software, networking, and related technologies. Escalates issues, assists with network installation and support, provides user training, maintains fuel-site and automation equipment, and participates in a rotating weekly on-call schedule.
