Requires discretion, strong organization, responsiveness, writing and communication skills, English fluency, office software proficiency, stress management, and adaptability.

Lead Astonfly’s marketing strategy across branding, acquisition, SEO, paid advertising, content, and conversion. Manage the WordPress website, landing pages, funnels, analytics, and performance dashboards. Oversee video and social content production, maintain premium brand positioning, and manage marketing team members. Collaborate with Sales and Admissions, coordinate events and partnerships, and establish efficient editorial, production, and distribution processes.
