The Technical Change Analyst supports ICT projects by planning and implementing organizational change, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and benefits realization. Responsibilities include developing discovery packs, change and communications plans, training guides, videos, online learning, and benefits evidence. The role works with project managers and program change leaders in Agile and PRINCE2 environments, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables and successful system adoption.

Develop, configure, and enhance Quantexa ETL and scoring solutions using Scala and Spark. Support Quantexa implementations through Agile and DevOps delivery, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and potentially Azure. Collaborate with stakeholders, resolve technical delivery issues, support RFPs, and drive quality and continuous improvement initiatives.

Translate business requirements into technical architectures, develop data and integration solutions, and communicate designs to stakeholders. Preferred experience includes Docker, Kubernetes, GKE, multi-cloud environments, GCP certifications, and architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and SAFe.

Provide end-to-end test environment consultation, develop environment management strategies, map and monitor test environments, coordinate enterprise releases, and support incident, problem, and service request resolution. The role requires extensive experience with IT service management processes and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or JIRA. ITIL certification is preferred.

Advises technology delivery teams on identifying, assessing, managing, and reporting risks across transformation, data migration, integration, and M&A initiatives. Supports risk frameworks, reporting, senior management recommendations, risk forums, contract risk processes, risk event administration, and control testing. The role requires a collaborative, experienced risk advisor with technology or cybersecurity knowledge and strong communication skills.

Manage and troubleshoot Windows Server environments, IIS, and SQL Server. Perform patching, Windows services administration, database creation and restoration, SQL job execution, and basic troubleshooting. Develop PowerShell and Windows batch scripts, support CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, OctopusDeploy, or GitHub Actions, manage source control branching, and apply foundational AWS and networking knowledge.

Leads governance and technical advancement of the Appian platform. Oversees architecture, design and code reviews, development standards, integrations, testing, release governance, production readiness, incident triage, root cause analysis, and platform stability. Partners with stakeholders and delivery teams to translate requirements into scalable, secure workflow solutions while supporting Agile practices and continuous improvement.

Develop Linux applications and system software across RHEL and related distributions. Responsibilities require Bash and Python scripting, C/C++ programming, Linux kernel and system concepts, networking, file systems, process management, system administration, Git, CI/CD, debugging, and software development best practices.

Develop and maintain secure cloud applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and Microsoft Azure. Design authentication and authorization solutions with Azure AD B2C, Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, and REST APIs. Deploy cloud-native solutions, manage Azure services, and build CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
