Provides Level 2/3 end-user computing support across servers, cloud platforms, Microsoft 365, networking, operating systems, applications, and monitoring environments. Handles incidents, break/fix repairs, device replacement, data backup and restoration, standard PC imaging, printer and scanner support, proxy and browsing issues, vendor coordination, and disaster recovery or business continuity activities.

Serve as the client-facing support lead, coordinate with stakeholders and vendors, mentor offshore teams, troubleshoot integration and data-flow issues, and drive platform stability, automation, and continuous improvement.

Provides Level 2 desktop support across enterprise Windows environments. Requires expertise in modern data architecture, Azure or cloud analytics platforms, Erwin, data management standards, ingestion, access controls, and ETL frameworks.

Designs and governs enterprise-scale Microsoft Fabric data platforms, including OneLake, Lakehouse, warehouses, pipelines, semantic models, and Power BI analytics. Architects batch and streaming integrations, data models, governance, security, quality, lineage, and compliance frameworks. Leads migrations from legacy platforms, optimizes performance and Fabric capacity costs, and develops modernization roadmaps. Provides technical leadership, conducts architecture reviews and workshops, supports stakeholders and delivery teams, and contributes to solutioning, estimates, pre-sales, and RFP responses.

Implement and manage Windows Defender Application Control policies across enterprise environments. Responsibilities include policy development, XML-to-binary conversion, deployment through Intune, ConfigMgr, and PowerShell, audit and enforcement configuration, Defender integration, log analysis, troubleshooting application blocks, documentation, and user training. The role also supports Zero Trust alignment, regulatory compliance, managed installer functionality, policy signing, and large-scale endpoint security deployments.

Lead the enterprise architecture and implementation roadmap for an AI Agent Orchestration and Management Control Tower. Define agent lifecycle governance, registration, discovery, orchestration, policy controls, observability, assurance, intervention mechanisms, and integrations with security, ITSM, data, and cost platforms. Establish federated operating models, governance standards, guardrails, and RACI frameworks while coaching delivery teams and communicating architecture decisions to executives.
