Develop and support Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2+ technical solutions, including RICEFW objects such as reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, forms, and workflows. The role requires working within regulated or financial environments, ITIL and CAB-controlled change processes, structured SDLC and Oracle AIM/OUM methodologies. Responsibilities include technical documentation, problem-solving, stakeholder collaboration with DBA, functional, HR, Finance, and audit teams, and independent delivery under Application Manager oversight.

Provides functional support, configuration, testing, documentation, and release readiness for Oracle Fusion HCM. Translates HR business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations, resolves incidents and defects, coordinates regression testing and UAT, supports quarterly releases and critical HR and payroll cycles, and manages changes through CAB and ITIL processes. The role also engages HR stakeholders, maintains system documentation, supports audits, and facilitates knowledge transfer.
