Support the growth and retention of Swapfiets’ B2B customer base through lead generation, follow-ups, digital channel improvements, customer meetings, onboarding, and engagement activities. The intern will work across sales, marketing, CRM, and commercial operations, contribute customer insights, and manage parts of the B2B funnel while collaborating with the Growth Marketing team and Partnership Manager.

Graphic Design Intern supporting Swapfiets' Creative Team by developing print and digital graphics for social media, campaigns, advertising, retail stores, and brand communications. Responsibilities include brainstorming concepts, refining typography and layouts, following brand guidelines, organizing creative assets, and collaborating with copywriters, designers, content creators, and marketers. The six-month internship is based in Amsterdam, requires at least 32 hours weekly, Dutch university enrollment, and starts in October.

Provide IT support for employees by installing and maintaining computer systems, resolving connectivity and ticket issues, supporting printing and meeting-room equipment, managing accounts and access, onboarding new hires, maintaining documentation, training users, and enforcing IT policies and security protocols.

Oversee financial control and accounting across eight countries, including group reporting, statutory accounts, audits, transfer pricing, Dutch GAAP matters, and internal controls. Lead SAP S/4HANA migration-related process improvements, automation, and finance integration initiatives. Provide technical accounting guidance, review work, coach finance professionals, and support scalable financial governance in partnership with Accounting and Control leadership and the CFO.
