The role also supports cloud migration, maintains system availability, resolves technical issues, and collaborates with IT and development teams.

Provides administrative support for the Defense Health Agency’s Vision Center of Excellence, including records management, document preparation, correspondence, meeting coordination, task tracking, training compliance, calendars, office supplies, facilities support, and personnel processing. Maintains manuals, records plans, SharePoint files, briefing materials, and action-item trackers while ensuring compliance with government policies and exercising discretion with confidential information.
