Leads strategic sourcing for contractors, materials, and services supporting data center and HPC infrastructure projects. Develops sourcing strategies, supplier networks, qualification and onboarding processes, preferred supplier programs, and supplier relationship management routines. Establishes governance, KPIs, contracts, and risk mitigation practices while partnering with project, construction, operations, technical, legal, HSE, and finance teams. Leads electrical engineering across data center projects, overseeing low-voltage systems, power distribution, switchgear, generators, equipment integration, design reviews, validation, commissioning, compliance, and technical risk mitigation. Manages engineering staff, establishes standards, approves technical deliverables, supports manufacturing and customer engagements, and provides executive-level recommendations while ensuring reliable, safe, and compliant electrical infrastructure.

Leads controls and automation design, installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance for HPC data centers. Develops controls philosophies, integrates mechanical and electrical systems, supports construction and commissioning, oversees DCIM and enterprise monitoring integration, evaluates emerging technologies, and coaches staff. Serves as the primary controls and automation contact across project development and operational initiatives.

Monitors and reports on global operational performance using construction and operational data. Prepares periodic reports, reconciles updates from procurement and project teams, coordinates information sharing, supports construction timelines, and standardizes and automates reporting processes to improve accuracy and scalability across data center projects.

Operate and maintain data center network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, and related hardware. Troubleshoot issues, monitor performance, maintain security, coordinate external providers, manage network projects, document procedures, and oversee on-call support. Lead technician teams, support construction and infrastructure development, configure switches during data center deployment, and ensure reliable network availability while maintaining strict safety standards.
