Leads IREN’s supply chain systems modernization and AI enablement strategy. Owns the enterprise application portfolio and multi-year roadmap across ERP, PLM, planning, analytics, and related platforms. Builds and manages a supply chain systems program management team, establishes governance and data standards, implements S&OP and IBP capabilities, advances predictive analytics, and deploys AI and automation use cases. Partners with executives, business functions, IT, implementation partners, and vendors to deliver scalable systems, processes, and measurable business outcomes.

Leads modernization of IREN’s global supply chain governance, supplier management, risk mitigation, cost benchmarking, and market intelligence capabilities. Owns frameworks, tools, systems roadmaps, supplier scorecards, governance processes, and AI/ML automation initiatives. Builds a high-performing team, manages implementation partners, translates business requirements into solutions, and drives adoption across sourcing, procurement, engineering, finance, legal, and other stakeholders.

Coordinates recruitment administration, including offer letters, background checks, interview scheduling, candidate communications, recruitment events, onboarding, and HR data reporting. Maintains confidential records, supports hiring stakeholders, monitors deadlines, and helps deliver an organized candidate experience. The role requires strong organizational, administrative, Excel reporting, coordination, and communication skills in a high-volume environment.

Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale bare metal GPU and AI Cloud infrastructure programs. Lead planning, procurement readiness, data center deployment, cluster commissioning, software enablement, production readiness, customer onboarding, and operational handoff across multiple sites. Coordinate engineering, data center operations, supply chain, vendors, security, networking, and customer teams while managing risks, dependencies, schedules, governance, executive communications, and continuous process improvements.

Coordinates People & Culture operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, HRIS and employee records maintenance, benefits and leave administration, employee inquiries, recruitment support, reporting, and process improvement. The role requires strong organisation, discretion, communication, attention to detail, and knowledge of Australian employment standards.

Lead cross-functional infrastructure programs spanning HPC infrastructure engineering, data center operations, and customer delivery. Coordinate server hardware, networking, power, cooling, and facility systems to meet availability, scalability, and performance goals. Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, resources, customer communications, and infrastructure deployments. Drive uptime monitoring, issue resolution, operational improvements, and reliable service delivery across complex technical programs.

Leads IREN’s global total rewards strategy across compensation, equity, benefits, incentives, retirement, wellbeing, mobility, and immigration. Advises executive leadership and the Compensation Committee, governs global rewards programs, manages budgets and compliance, supports acquisitions and international expansion, and uses analytics for workforce investment decisions. Builds and leads a high-performing global Total Rewards team while partnering with Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and People & Culture leadership.
