Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years of progressive supply chain technology leadership experience, ideally at a hyperscaler, cloud provider, or AI infrastructure company.
- Proven success leading ERP/PLM/SCM/Finance implementations, transformations, and integrations across complex, multi-site international programs.
- Strong ERP operations knowledge and broad command of the supply chain systems ecosystem, including advanced planning systems (APS), MRP, master data management, integration and middleware, and analytics platforms.
- Working knowledge of data center operational support requirements, including forecasting, sourcing, asset management, planning, deployment, maintenance, and lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience developing and implementing supply chain business processes and systems capabilities that support data center-centric products and business models, including OFCI, compute (CPU/GPU), storage, networking, and CM/ODM/JDM manufacturing.
- Experience implementing S&OP and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes together with the system capabilities that sustain them.
- Experience selecting and managing systems implementation partners and software vendors, including scope definition, statements of work, and delivery accountability for cost, schedule, and quality.
- Strong executive presence and change management skills, with a track record of influencing and aligning senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders, and driving adoption of new capabilities.

- Co-develop IREN’s Digital Supply Chain strategy with the Sr. Director, Strategy and Transformation, and own the application portfolio and multi-year systems roadmap that bring it to life.
- Build and lead a high-performing supply chain systems program management team, establishing best practices, KPIs, and governance cadences as IREN’s application portfolio scales.
- Partner with internal teams to capture existing processes and develop a prioritized implementation roadmap that introduces new capabilities with clear business outcomes.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into systems capabilities, configurations, and solution designs.
- Develop the foundational enterprise supply chain systems (ERP, PLM, APS, analytics) that enable current business operations and scale to support future needs.
- Establish master data governance and system resiliency, including data ownership, quality standards, controls, and business continuity for critical platforms.
- Advance forecasting, scenario modelling, and predictive analytics across supply, demand, material, and capacity planning.
- Implement S&OP and IBP processes and supporting systems to establish planning horizons, align internal teams, and drive financial forecasting.
- Identify, prioritize, and deploy AI/ML and automation use cases across the supply chain, including agentic and workflow automation, and build the data readiness required to scale them safely.
- Develop and manage relationships with systems implementation partners to execute design strategies, holding them accountable for delivery, cost, and quality.

- Must be able to reliably commute to the assigned office location on scheduled in-office days under the hybrid work arrangement.
- This role requires willingness to travel domestically and internationally to supplier and vendor sites, data centers, implementation partner locations, and industry events. IREN does not yet have an office in the Bay Area (a Santa Clara office is planned); until it opens, this role will work remotely, transitioning to hybrid on-site work once the office is established.

Compensation
- The expected base salary for this role starts at $250,000-310,000k USD.
- Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and market data for the region.
- Total Compensation package may be inclusive of annual incentive bonus, equity (long-term incentive).
