Lead IREN’s global total rewards strategy across compensation, equity, benefits, mobility, incentives, and pay transparency. Advise executives and the Compensation Committee, oversee governance and compliance across jurisdictions, manage budgets and workforce investment analysis, support acquisitions and international expansion, and build a high-performing global Total Rewards team.

Oversee and optimize data center network systems, including switches and firewalls. Troubleshoot issues, monitor performance, maintain network security, coordinate third-party support, and manage network projects. Lead technician teams, support hardware repair operations, configure switches during data center construction, maintain procedures, and manage on-call coverage while ensuring safe, reliable network availability.

Leads end-to-end infrastructure programs spanning engineering, data center operations, and cloud customer delivery. Coordinates server hardware, networking, power, cooling, and facility systems while managing scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, resources, uptime, and stakeholder communications. Develops deployment plans, translates technical requirements into execution plans, supports customer infrastructure needs, and drives improvements in operational efficiency, scalability, and reliability.

Design, build, deploy, and operate production software powering AI services and platform infrastructure. Own backend services and APIs end to end, including Kubernetes deployment, GitOps, infrastructure as code, observability, incident response, and performance optimization. Develop distributed, multi-tenant systems using reliable communication patterns, cloud platforms, and data services. Collaborate across engineering, platform, and infrastructure teams while participating in on-call and continuous improvement.

Performs Level 2 incident analysis across GPU clusters, networks, and facilities; tunes alerts, routing, dashboards, and monitoring; validates AIOps outputs; maintains reliability metrics and ITSM records; implements small automations; supports RCA workflows, shift handoffs, and operational reporting; and coaches junior analysts in a 24/7 IOC/NOC environment.

Designs, deploys, integrates, and optimizes high-performance computing clusters using Kubernetes, Slurm, and HPC management tools. Responsibilities include maintaining cluster availability, monitoring and troubleshooting systems, documenting architectures and procedures, adopting new technologies, collaborating on operational best practices, and providing technical leadership and training.
