Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale bare metal GPU and AI Cloud infrastructure programs. Lead planning, procurement readiness, data center deployment, cluster commissioning, software enablement, production readiness, customer onboarding, and operational handoff across multiple sites. Advises executive leadership and the Compensation Committee, governs global rewards programs, manages budgets and compliance, supports acquisitions and international expansion, and uses analytics for workforce investment decisions. Builds and leads a high-performing global Total Rewards team while partnering with Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and People & Culture leadership.

Provides executive support to Capital Markets leadership across Sydney and New York while managing calendars, meetings, travel, communications, investor relations records, roadshows, invoices, credit cards, vendors, and day-to-day New York office operations.

Leads People Relations and Business Enablement across multiple business units and geographies. Partners with executives on workforce strategy, organizational design, employee relations, investigations, performance management, organizational change, and people risk. Oversees a team of People & Culture professionals, supports employee lifecycle programs, and ensures legally compliant, scalable people practices. Also contributes to acquisitions, integrations, site expansions, leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational performance.

Provides first-level technical support for employees by troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and system issues. Maintains servers, networks, cloud systems, enterprise applications, patches, backups, and documentation. Supports Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and virtualization platforms; assists with security and compliance, IT projects, vendor coordination, and system deployments. Escalates complex issues and collaborates with senior IT staff to ensure reliable infrastructure and strong user satisfaction.

Transforms operational telemetry, incident, change, event, observability, and service management data into actionable insights. Develops dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, reliability metrics, and executive reports; identifies operational risks and improvement opportunities; supports incident, problem, change, reliability, and production operations teams; and improves data integration, automation, alert correlation, and predictive operational analytics.
