Lead and grow Qida’s new business ecosystem from €300K to €15M in annual revenue within three years. Build partnerships, develop a marketplace of senior products and services, execute commercial strategies, and ensure profitable growth. The role requires independent decision-making, persistence, fast execution, strategic thinking, and strong stakeholder influence. The position is hybrid, based in Barcelona, and focused on creating social impact for seniors and healthcare systems.

Leads commercial transformation across sales training, enablement, CRM and AI tooling, conversion optimization, value proposition development, product playbooks, and incentive design. Partners with Product, Tech, Marketing, and General Managers to improve commercial performance, integrate acquired companies, and scale B2C sales teams. The role reports to the CEO and sits on the Management Team.

Supports the founder and executives on high-priority company initiatives, including new business opportunities, agreement negotiations, business-unit transformation, and analytical modeling. The role requires strong communication, analytical and emotional intelligence, decisive execution, and adaptability across diverse projects.
