Performs mechanical and process engineering through CAD modeling, drawings, GD&T, tooling and fixture design, DFMA analysis, machine trials, and production optimization. Supports manufacturing, business cases, customer-facing technical discussions, and business development while ensuring cost-effective, producible designs.

Executes category and supplier strategies for parts and materials, supporting sourcing, supplier qualification, RFIs/RFQs/RFPs, negotiations, onboarding, cost savings, risk mitigation, and supply-chain performance. Mines data to analyze costs, market dynamics, supplier performance, and business impacts. Collaborates with engineering, purchasing, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to develop specifications, select sources, manage transitions, and track sourcing projects.

Designs, builds, operates, and modernizes enterprise data pipelines, integrations, and Microsoft Fabric platform capabilities. Responsibilities include developing Python, PySpark, Delta Lake, SQL, API, and middleware solutions; supporting production ETL and legacy systems; implementing reliability, monitoring, security, testing, and CI/CD practices; troubleshooting incidents; and collaborating across technical, business, and vendor teams.

Leads marine seating and upholstery development projects from concept through production launch. Manages timelines, budgets, customer expectations, prototypes, validation, BOMs, engineering changes, supplier coordination, and launch readiness. Develops manufacturing-ready seating systems and drives improvements in quality, manufacturability, efficiency, tooling, fixtures, assembly processes, and cost. Supports production ramp-up, customer engagement, technical discussions, and cross-functional project reviews.
