Manage accounting operations for a Thai joint venture, including general ledger accounting, tax filings, audits, banking, guarantees, credit facilities, and cash management. Review commercial, construction, and procurement contracts for financial risk, report to domestic financial systems, and support operations in Shanghai and Zhuhai. The role requires Thai accounting and tax knowledge, strong English communication, and occasional business travel.

Develops and manages baseline schedules for offshore EPC projects across engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, installation, and commissioning. Tracks progress, prepares S-curves and reports, analyzes delays and schedule deviations, develops recovery plans, coordinates stakeholders, maintains schedule documentation, supports claims, and optimizes resource allocation and project sequencing.

Monitor project progress, recovery actions, and milestone forecasts for shipyard activities. Communicate with the Shipyard Project Manager and executing foremen, participate in daily and weekly meetings, and update schedules based on firsthand progress information. The role requires English and Chinese proficiency, familiarity with MS Project, relevant shipbuilding, maritime, offshore, or construction experience, and availability in Rizhao for two to three months.

Manages end-to-end tender and proposal activities for offshore oil and gas EPC projects. Reviews RFQs, develops bidding strategies, coordinates commercial and technical proposals, organizes kickoffs, audits, clarification meetings, budgeting, and management approvals. Oversees successful tender handovers to project teams, documents lessons learned, and closes out bids. Requires substantial experience with FPSO, FSO, FLNG, topsides, or large-scale offshore EPC projects, including bidding, tendering, or contract management.
