Develop and maintain project schedules, rolling plans, milestones, and progress reports for offshore EPC and oil and gas marine projects. Track execution, identify schedule deviations, assess delay impacts, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and clients, optimize critical paths, and recommend schedule recovery strategies.
