Job Description
- Lead full-cycle procurement work for offshore/onshore EPC projects, formulate procurement plans and ensure on-time material & equipment delivery.
- Develop, evaluate and manage qualified suppliers, conduct supplier audit, performance assessment and relationship maintenance.
- Organize bidding, quotation review, business negotiation and price comparison, effectively control procurement cost and optimize purchasing budget.
- Draft, review and follow up procurement contracts, clarify delivery terms, payment terms, quality standards and after-sales clauses.
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, finance and client teams to solve procurement progress, quality and supply chain issues in a timely manner.
- Track market price trend and industry supply situation, put forward cost reduction and procurement optimization suggestions.
- Sort out procurement documents, maintain procurement data, and complete regular work reports and project procurement summaries.
- Bachelor degree or above in Supply Chain, Procurement, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or related majors.
- Solid working experience as Procurement Manager in EPC, oil & gas, energy or offshore engineering industry; familiar with Petronas and other international energy company procurement standards is preferred.
- Proficient in project procurement process, tendering process and commercial contract terms, strong business negotiation and cost control ability.
- Good command of written and spoken English, capable of fluent cross-border business communication and document writing.
- Strong project coordination ability, problem-solving ability and pressure resistance, able to adapt to fast-paced project work.
- Familiar with international procurement norms, import & export basic knowledge is a plus.

Skills Required
