Manages accounts payable and receivable operations, including invoice processing, vendor payments, collections, invoicing, payment booking, bank and debtor reconciliation, GST and TDS compliance support, RGHS billing settlements, documentation, and audit readiness. Uses Tally, Excel, and LIMS to maintain accurate financial records, track collections, reconcile transactions, and support cash-flow operations.

Leads the organization’s full HR function, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, HR operations, statutory compliance, payroll governance, learning and development, engagement, culture, succession planning, HR analytics, and manager effectiveness. The role partners with senior leadership to improve workforce efficiency, build leadership pipelines, strengthen employee experience, ensure audit readiness, and align people strategy with business growth.

Leads the organization’s marketing and growth strategy across B2C, digital acquisition, CRM, retention, brand, territory, doctor, and channel marketing. Owns revenue growth, patient acquisition, digital bookings, customer lifecycle programs, marketing analytics, ROI, budgeting, agency management, and team development. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Medical, Technology, Customer Experience, and Finance to improve commercial performance across centers and markets.

Serve as the first point of contact for laboratory operational issues. Log, categorize, route, monitor, escalate, and close tickets in the LIMS-based WeCARE system while meeting SLA requirements. Communicate status updates about delays, resampling, and sample issues to branches, partners, and internal teams. Maintain complete documentation, support shift handovers, follow escalation procedures, and participate in training and continuous improvement activities.
