Coordinates engineering projects from setup through delivery, including project tracking system implementation, workflow standardization, scheduling, resource assignment, client communication, status reporting, permitting, documentation, and follow-up. Serves as the central liaison among clients, engineers, field staff, contractors, municipalities, and management while monitoring deadlines, workloads, deliverables, and project progress.

Produces detailed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings and models using AutoCAD and Revit. Translates engineering markups into construction documents, coordinates MEP systems, supports BIM clash detection, reviews accuracy and code compliance, and maintains drawing sets, permitting documents, submittals, and as-built drawings. The role collaborates with engineers and project teams across multiple commercial and residential projects and may mentor junior drafters.
