Develop, deploy, and optimize CNN/DNN and computer-vision models on embedded SoCs and hardware accelerators. Responsibilities include model conversion, quantization, graph and operator optimization, heterogeneous CPU/GPU/DSP/NPU workload tuning, memory and data-movement optimization, profiling, and debugging end-to-end embedded AI pipelines using C/C++ and Python.

Serves as the technical authority for vehicle seat and restraint systems, guiding development from CAE and concept phases through testing, validation, and production sign-off. Leads resolution of complex seat, airbag, and seatbelt issues; evaluates occupant injury criteria, restraint timing, load paths, and crash performance; correlates simulation with test data; and defines technical standards, design rules, and corrective actions. Collaborates across safety, testing, BIW, interior, packaging, and manufacturing teams to deliver compliant, robust occupant protection systems.

Leads continuous improvement and Kaizen strategy across dealer aftersales operations. Oversees root-cause analysis, cost optimization, workflow improvements, cross-functional initiatives, KPI tracking, and executive reporting. Manages the Dealer Operations Improvement team, develops operational standards, and partners with internal stakeholders and dealer networks to improve service quality, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.

Manages eMotor integration across vehicle development programs, including feasibility studies, supplier onboarding, technical requirements, validation documentation, build-phase samples, vehicle performance targets, engineering changes, diagnostics, homologation, manufacturing issues, and cross-functional problem resolution. Coordinates schedules, technical deliverables, issue tracking, and lessons learned while ensuring compliance with automotive safety, quality, and electromagnetic standards.

Leads exterior engineering activities for electric vehicles, including designing or modifying vehicle parts with suppliers and contractors. Provides technical guidance to senior management, implements engineering best practices, oversees daily activities, reports on performance, and conducts reviews. The role requires strong automotive exterior expertise, cross-functional collaboration, supplier relationship management, and leadership in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Analyze and optimize electric vehicle cost structures and bills of materials across the product lifecycle. Develop cost models, benchmark EV OEMs, evaluate materials and manufacturing processes, support supplier negotiations and value engineering, and track cost savings. Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, and finance teams to improve cost competitiveness. The role requires automotive or EV cost engineering experience, including mandatory China EV market exposure, strong Excel and SAP or ERP skills, and English fluency.
