Collaborates across engineering and product teams throughout the SDLC, participates in Agile ceremonies, mentors junior QA professionals, troubleshoots complex issues, and improves QA processes and automation coverage.

Provide remote technical support through tickets, calls, meetings, and written communication. Troubleshoot application, system, database, integration, and user issues; prioritize tickets by urgency, business impact, and SLAs; support Microsoft Outlook, C#, and Microsoft SQL Server troubleshooting; document incidents and resolutions; reproduce and escalate complex issues; assist with onboarding and platform adoption; and communicate clearly with customers and internal engineering teams.
