Provide end-user support and training, configure Salesforce Flow automations, manage data quality, create reports and dashboards, analyze business requirements, document configurations, and collaborate on integrations and enhancements across Sales, Marketing, Service, and Finance.

Collects, extracts, normalizes, and structures data from public, government, website, API, feed, and repository sources. Builds reusable scraping scripts and workflows, troubleshoots acquisition issues, documents methodologies and metadata, validates sample outputs, and maintains version-controlled code.
