Leads the onboarding, training, assessment, mentorship, and development of Directors-in-Training, Site Directors, and Assistant Directors. Owns the first 90 days of new leader development, supports DIT placement and graduation, provides ongoing leadership development, and serves as an interim site leader during vacancies. Partners with corporate leadership, operations, HR, hiring, enrollment, and marketing teams to maintain consistent leadership standards across childcare centers.

Leads operations across multiple childcare centers by coaching Site Directors, ensuring licensing and Parent Aware compliance, supporting educational quality, managing budgets and enrollment metrics, developing staff succession plans, and maintaining safe, welcoming environments. The role includes weekly visits to four locations, leadership development, family and employee engagement, and coordination with Finance, Enrollment, Staffing, and other corporate teams.

Provides administrative and office support to the Executive Director of Education while coordinating site quality, accreditation, training, workshops, conferences, assessments, and educational feedback initiatives. Maintains center qualification trackers, supports compliance with Parent Aware and industry regulations, partners with site directors and trainers, and helps improve educational processes across multiple Minnesota locations. The role requires discretion, organization, leadership, technology proficiency, and travel between sites.
