Executes marketing campaigns and projects across ECS brands, managing timelines, deliverables, cross-functional coordination, lead-generation initiatives, customer retention programs, content and communications, dashboards, reporting, and performance tracking. The role translates strategic priorities into organized plans and measurable results while supporting sales growth, yearbook participation, revenue, and customer retention. It also requires periodic event travel and comfort adopting AI tools and marketing technologies.

Manages recruiting activities, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, hiring pipelines, onboarding, employee training, manager development, engagement initiatives, and retention programs. Creates training materials, facilitates sessions, tracks participation and development results, maintains recruiting and training records, and provides workforce insights to HR leadership. Partners with managers and leadership to improve recruiting processes, onboarding effectiveness, employee development, and internal advancement.

Executes email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, manages audience lists and segmentation, tracks campaign metrics, and prepares performance reports. Supports social media scheduling, engagement reporting, and campaign execution. Coordinates with creative, marketing, and sales teams to maintain workflows, documentation, deadlines, and follow-up activities. The role requires strong organization, communication, data-handling, and multitasking skills, and may be performed remotely.
