Leads end-to-end customer solution delivery, overseeing project performance, quality, budgets, profitability, contracts, risks, SLAs, and customer satisfaction. The role manages complex multi-program and multi-vendor environments, serves as an executive escalation point, develops delivery teams, allocates resources, and drives operational improvement. It also owns P&L oversight, governance, forecasting, methodology development, strategic customer relationships, and organizational scaling across software and ERP delivery operations.

Interns learn to become Functional Analysts supporting UMAX implementations for utility customers across Europe. Responsibilities include analyzing client processes and needs, assessing functional feasibility, creating functional designs, performing ERP analyses, supporting developers and testers, testing functionality, documenting conclusions, and assisting project managers and consultants.

Investigate utility-industry processes and assess how Microsoft first-party Dynamics 365 agents can support them. Configure and demonstrate agents in UMAX sandbox environments, explore Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder, document capability gaps and recommendations, and inform product roadmap decisions. The role requires strong Dynamics 365 and Power Platform functional knowledge, process-analysis skills, AI agent configuration experience, and the ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.

Define and evolve UMAX’s technical architecture and integrations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure. Translate business and technical requirements into scalable solutions, architect proofs of concept, support pre-sales and client solution design, and provide technical leadership during delivery. Act as a customer technical advisor, oversee infrastructure and interfaces, guide vendors and internal teams, coach consultants, resolve escalated technical issues, and shape the long-term product technology roadmap.

Safeguard UMAX product quality by analyzing requirements, designing and executing system and integration tests, assessing testing risks and coverage, reporting defects, and automating regression tests with Leapwork. The role serves as a quality expert, collaborates with consultants and project managers, documents testing activities, supports risk-based planning, and coaches junior testers within an international Agile product development team.
