Manage and grow strategic travel agency accounts by driving revenue, increasing product adoption, identifying expansion opportunities, conducting business reviews, and resolving partner concerns. The role requires collaboration with Sales, Operations, and Support teams, monitoring market and competitor trends, preparing account plans and forecasts, promoting new products and offers, and achieving revenue targets.

Manage domestic and international air ticketing through GDS and B2B travel platforms. Responsibilities include bookings, cancellations, refunds, reissues, fare calculations, EMD issuance, schedule-change handling, airline coordination, documentation, MIS reporting, and compliance with fare rules, BSP/ARC regulations, ADM policies, and company SOPs. Provide accurate, timely support to travel agents and internal teams while meeting SLA and turnaround requirements.

Create innovative digital, social, campaign, brand, video, motion, and animated content using advanced design skills and generative AI. Translate marketing briefs into compelling visual concepts for B2B campaigns, product launches, partnerships, events, and performance marketing. Produce Reels and short-form videos, experiment with emerging AI tools and visual styles, and manage multiple creative projects while maintaining speed and quality.

Leads end-to-end training and development programs for sales, travel, product, and operations teams. Designs sales, product, process, and SOP training; conducts training needs analyses; builds annual calendars; develops engaging learning content; facilitates classroom and virtual sessions; measures training effectiveness and ROI; collaborates with business leaders; and mentors training staff. Travel industry experience and knowledge of Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre are preferred.

Manage end-to-end marine travel ticketing for seafarers and corporate clients, including flight searches, reservations, fare quotations, ticket issuance, reissues, cancellations, refunds, and schedule changes. Use GDS platforms to identify cost-effective itineraries, maintain accurate PNR and ticketing records, coordinate with airlines and clients, handle urgent requests, meet service-level timelines, and ensure compliance with fare rules and marine travel requirements.
