Develop and execute influencer, social media, content, and brand marketing initiatives. Manage creative assets, produce images and thumbnails, and collaborate with creative teams to align content with campaign goals. The role requires proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop, plus strong storytelling, design, and video production skills.

Own end-to-end logistics operations across seven warehouses and international markets. Responsibilities include shipment tracking, courier escalations, order exceptions, Unicommerce operations, customer delivery issue resolution, courier performance reviews, process improvement, and automation using logistics platforms, AI, and spreadsheets.
